The median home value is less than the rest of Baldwin County and the US.  Daphne is not a depressed area by any means yet there is a lot of room for growth.  With the sales that we see in town, home values are sure to continue to increase.

There’s been an 28% increase in the median selling price over the last 4 years in Daphne.  Steady growth shows a solid demand over the years.

New construction continues to be a major player in Daphne.

With a listing to selling price ratio of 98%, buyers are able to successfully negotiate an average of 2% off the list price.
