Daphne continues to grow and buyers are loving the opportunities that the real estate market here offers with pre-existing homes and new construction.

Currently there are 130 homes that are for sale with a “year built” of 2019.  So, this doesn’t count homes that are slated to be finished in 2020.  Of these 130 properties, the highest price is $699,950 and the lowest is $175,000.  Yes, there is opportunity in Daphne to own a brand new home under $200,000.

The average square feet is 2,386 and the average price tag is $307,186.  The average price per foot is $129.  Here are some popular neighborhoods that have new construction:
